Based on your goals and clinical goals (range of motion, strength, balance, etc.), we’ll design a personalized progressive home exercise program for you. We’ll make sure you’re performing each exercise correctly and safely, and send you a video demonstration with parameters for each exercise. You will likely have a number of exercises to help you heal as quickly as possible, many of which we’ll recommend you do long-term to minimize the chance of re-injury and inflammation. But the frequency of these exercises is much greater at the start, so you’ve got this!
